Lecture: “Child Poverty: The Civil Rights Issue of Our Time”
Dr. Kaczorowski is a Professor of Pediatrics at UR Medicine’s Golisano Children’s Hospital and Senior Advisor to the Children’s Agenda in Rochester, NY. He advocates to improve the health, education, and success of children at local, state and federal levels. He is the Co-Chair of the Rochester-Monroe Anti-Poverty Initiative’s (RMAPI) Health and Nutrition workgroup.
Dr. Marvin A. McMickle, CRCDS President, is active on the leadership team of Unite Rochester, a social platform aimed at increasing racial diversity and reducing inner-city poverty. Dr. McMickle serves as Co-chair of RMAPI.
